I came to Preferred Title in 2003, after having been a paralegal for 20+ years. With 10 years experience working for one of the area's most knowledgeable real estate attorneys, as well as working in the patent and trademark division of US WEST in Denver, and as senior paralegal for the 2nd largest law firm in Memphis, Tennessee for an additional 13 years, I had the tools necessary to step into the title insurance industry with the resources required to accurately examine and write title insurance for the sale or refinance of your home or business. I am also pleased to assist the area's finest homebuilders and individuals with new home construction disbursements. We will work with you and your contractor in the construction of your new home to quickly get the funds needed to keep your job site moving and get you into your new home as soon as possible. I started with Preferred Title in September of 2005 after working in the Title Industry for 18 plus years. My prior experience includes searching, preparing closing documents for realtors and lending institutions, along with many other office responsibilities. I will be assisting Lauren and Sheila with final title policies and clerical support. I look foward to helping you with any of your questions or concerns.

As an escrow closer, I am happy to be a part of the Preferred Title family. I joined Preferred Title in 2007, and bring with me 25+ years of experience in the title industry and related fields.

I started in Alaska in 1982 as a mortgage loan servicer for a local credit union. From there I moed on to the title industry working as an escrow closer until I returned to Wisconsin in 1988. For the next 20years, I honed my closing abilities and attained supervisory experience with a local Illinois title company.

Marriage brought me north to the beautiful La Crosse area and I am happy to be able to continue to apply my expertise in the closing field to help people get into their new homes. I, along with Sheila and Sally, are dedicated to assisting other industry professionals in providing excellent customer service for their customers in all facets of the title industry.
